New for 2025 - Four training sessions that repeat:
- Task and ticket workflow management: This training will explore how IQGeo’s Workflow Manager software for task and ticket management delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality across all stages of the network lifecycle. Through real-world scenarios, you’ll see how Workflow Manager connects field and office teams for telecom and utility network operators, ensuring alignment around a shared goal of streamlining complex operational processes.
- Network Manager Telecom configuration: This training provides participants with practical guidance for using Network Manager Telecom to streamline key areas of network operations. You will learn to configure data used to generate common deliverables that are critical to operational success. The session will equip participants with the skills needed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing their fiber broadband networks.
- Data import/export and API integration: In this technical training session, we will explore the importance of data manipulation and highlight its role in informed decision-making and AI readiness. You’ll learn best practices for importing and exporting data from 3rd party applications and GIS and how to make efficient use of IQGeo’s powerful API environment.
- Applying AI to field operations – Deepomatic: This training will explore the multiple dimensions of an AI project for field operations. You will learn from real-world experiences and best practices how to successfully implement an AI-powered quality control process.
