• Deadline for Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors: September 25 (logo to be included on T-shirt)
• Virtual kick-off for the walk/run: October 1
• Deadline for other sponsors to enter the walk/run: October 16
• Pickup/delivery of walk/run T-shirts: November 12-13
• Virtual announcement of money raised and invitation to walk/run for scholarships: November 14

• Gold Level -- $5,000: Highlighted in TV commercial throughout October, your own message in video, team of up to 25 sponsored, and much more!
• Silver Level -- $2,500: Logo in scholarship videos and on race T-shirt, team of up to 20 sponsored, and much more!
• Bronze Level -- $1,000: Logo on race T-shirts and team of up to 15 sponsored
• $500 Team Level for up to 11
• $250 Small Group Level for up to 6
• $50 Individual Level

Event Information: Form a Team! Run individually! Raise money for the Class of 2021 through Walk/Run!

The district’s IPledge campaign includes a focus on raising scholarship money for this year’s seniors with a Walk/Run for the Class of 2021. Due to COVID-19, the district is unable to hold its annual State of Education luncheon in October, the largest source of support for the Fresno Unified Scholarship Fund. The district awarded $118,000 in scholarships last spring to 61 seniors. This year, we hope we can demonstrate an even greater showing of local support for our students as they pursue their dreams of higher education – they are our future!

Sponsors of all levels are invited to participate in a virtual 5K walk/run on their own. All participants get a free commemorative T-shirt and swag bag. Participants can walk or run at the time, day and location of their choice individually (or with a small group, social distancing).

To donate directly to the Fresno Unified School District Scholarship Fund, please make ALL checks payable to Central Valley Community Foundation.

I don't see the email with my registration tickets. What happened? The tickets are sent as an attachment immediately after online purchase. First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, you may have misspelled your email address when you registered. Call (559) 457-3733 or email Joanne.Hernandez@fresnounified.org if you have not received your confirmation tickets in the anticipated time. Call as soon as you can.  

Where do I send my check? Make check payable to Fresno Unified School District. Print the ticket buyer's name in the memo area of the check. Mail check to the following address: Fresno Unified School District Communications Office, Attention: Joanne Hernandez, 2309 Tulare St., Room 211, Fresno, CA 93721. 

I am having trouble printing my PDF registration ticket. What should I do? Go to the Eventbrite Help Center to learn how to print your ticket.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Yes, as long as you have a valid unique ticket, this is fine. If you wish to purchase tickets but don't know the names of those attending yet, just put your company/organization's name. If you have an Eventbrite account, you can always go back in to edit the names and reprint the tickets.

How can I make changes after I have purchased my registration tickets? Go into your Eventbrite account if you have one. Just log in at https://www.eventbrite.com/login/ to edit or reprint your tickets. If you had provided a password during registration, then you have an account. If you don't have an account, please call (559) 457-3733 or email Joanne.Hernandez@fresnounified.org.  We can make the changes for you. An account is not needed.

 How can I get a refund? To cancel your ticket, you must send a refund request 7 days before the event. If you have an Eventbrite account, log in and choose Request Refund on your order. If not, please email Communications@fresnounified.org with your full name, event title, the number of tickets to be refunded, phone, street address and the email address associated with the order. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process. Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Whom can I contact with any questions regarding tickets?
