INWARD: A Gratitude Journey through Breathwork, Sound & Reiki
Date: 11/9/2025 @ 10am
Location: VIA THE VEIL YURT, WOODINVILLE, WA

As autumn deepens and we move into the West on the Medicine Wheel, we are called inward—to honor what has been, to release what is complete, and to give thanks for all that remains. The season of harvest and letting go invites us into gratitude: for our breath, our bodies, our relationships, and the unseen forces that carry us through change.

This morning Gratitude Journey offers a sanctuary of reflection and renewal through the sacred union of Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki.

The Journey

We begin with Conscious Connected Breathwork, an intentional rhythm of breathing that opens the heart and clears the mind. Through the breath, we cultivate space to acknowledge our experiences with reverence—inviting gratitude for the lessons, challenges, and growth this year has offered.

Reiki energy will flow continuously throughout the session, wrapping you in safety, softness, and unconditional support. This gentle current harmonizes your energy, replenishes the nervous system, and amplifies feelings of appreciation and peace within.

The space will be bathed in the resonant tones of Sound Healing—crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion—designed to soothe the body and open pathways of emotional integration. In the stillness between each note, gratitude becomes a frequency, a vibration felt throughout your entire being.

An Invitation

This gathering is a heart-centered space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the simple abundance of life. Together, we’ll honor both the light and shadow of our experiences, releasing what no longer serves while giving thanks for the wisdom that remains.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, open-hearted, and deeply grounded in gratitude—ready to move with grace into the quiet rhythm of the season ahead.

Accessibility & Care

While Conscious Connected Breathwork can be deeply healing, it may not be suitable for everyone. Please check with your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant, have severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, recent surgery or injury, epilepsy or seizure disorders, severe mental health conditions (such as untreated bipolar disorder or schizophrenia), glaucoma or retinal detachment, aneurysms, or a family history of aneurysms.

If any of the above apply—or if you prefer a softer experience—you are warmly invited to participate through gentle, mindful breathing (such as nasal or box breathing). You’ll still receive the full benefits of Reiki and the restorative resonance of sound healing within this shared field of gratitude.
