Inward Bound begins in January and runs through March, starting on the first Monday and Saturday of each month. We offer a 100% money-back offer should you decide that the coursework is not for you. Everyone is welcome to join the first class on January 7th with no obligation (kindly RSVP so we can accomodate our guests).

Classes are held in Cashmere, please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Tea and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a lunch for Saturday courses or plan on grabbing lunch at a nearby restaurant in Cashmere.
