Invisible String is a Contemporary American Pils
To the outside, it may not seem obvious why we choose to collaborate with a brewery like Cloudburst, but in reality we share more in common in our procedures and making beer than we have differences, even when applied across all beer styles. For this beer, we thought it would be fun to connect the invisible string and take a beer style (albeit even a made-up one) that Cloudburst is absolutely crushing it at, and apply some of our traditional techniques and unique brewhouse to it. Not only was this a learning experience and a fun beer to make, but it even includes buzzwords like Dry Hop, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo.
