EVERYONE is welcome! JOIN IN the FLASH Art Event. Participants create celestial bodies using illuminated umbrellas- gifted to YOU. Help transform City Hall Plaza into brilliant celestial patterns. Everyone becomes a star.

Documented by drones, this footage will pop up as future surprises on digital formats across the city and in media of all forms.

REGISTER NOW! Umbrella-Props are limited to the first 2,000 and the ticket/waiver is required for participation. Wear all BLACK!

The“Ticket” is the photo release form. All participants (including minors) must sign the form-- by checking the box electronically on Eventbrite you agree to the photo release, this acts as your e-signature. You may bring a printed & signed copy to the the event.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm umbrella-prop distribution begins

6:30 pm - Invisible Skies Flash Art Event begins when it's dark

Wear BLACK | NO graphics | NO flash photography (keep the drone footage pristine!)
