Understanding the complexity of investing in today’s market environment can be a key to your financial success. The goal of this workshop is to move beyond the basics of investing. How you build your portfolio can be a function of a variety of factors, including your current age, objective, and risk tolerance. We will explain the different types of investment funds and how to evaluate them based on risk, performance, and fees as well as how recent events may impact your financial plan.

About the Presenters

Francesca LeFrancois is a dedicated financial advisor concentrated on guiding individuals and families toward their financial goals. Passionate about empowering others, she focuses on creating personalized strategies that foster financial literacy and security. Francesca believes that financial health is a vital component of overall well-being, and she takes pride in helping her clients navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.

Steve Light has been an advisor since 2009 and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) since 2016. His focus with partner Michael Reyes is on the planning aspect of Wealth Management, focusing on portfolio construction, tax efficiency and wealth structuring. A UNC graduate, he enjoys coaching his children’s teams, the outdoors, and college sports. His wife Ericka and he live in Oakton with three daughters.

Michael Reyes measures success by the relationships he has with clients and the outcomes they enjoy. His mission is to put their wealth to work, minds at ease and goals within reach. He is celebrating 25 years in financial services. Michael was born in Washington DC and grew up in the Northern Virginia area. He is a former resident and owner in Colonial Village in Arlington. He attended and graduated from Bishop Ireton high school and George Washington University. Michael currently lives in Kingstowne area with his wife and two kids.
