Intuitive Dance

A guided improvisation class that invites you to explore all states of being within a structured frame, offering you freedom to be. The class is crafted in a wave-like process, beginning with a gentle, slow setting that gradually builds in energy to a peak, before descending back into stillness. My storytelling complements the carefully curated music, facilitating a deep dive into your inner landscapes and nurturing the gift of imagination and embodiment. Embodying different versions of yourself, that have no room in your day-to-day life. Learning how to free yourself from judgment towards movement and discovering how movement makes you feel rather than what it looks like.

No previous movement experience is required—only an open-minded and curious approach! Each class is a unique experience, reflecting your individual energy and mood. Creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere is essential - every body is welcome. To enrich our practice, we will conclude each session with a therapeutic reflective exchange. Participants will have the opportunity to share observations and insights regarding their movement and reaction patterns, promoting deeper self-awareness and fostering connections within the group.
Please note that the ENTRANCE of the studio is located at the Downstairs "Gewölberaum" - Entrance right of the chapel, and down. This class will take place every 2nd and 4th Friday. We begin at 18:15 and finish at 19:45.
