About the Event:
Join us every Wednesday evening for a peaceful Seon(or Chan in Chinese) meditation session led by Ven. XianKong, a young Buddhist nun (bhikshuni) from the MZ generation. Whether you're new to meditation or already have experience, this session is open to everyone.

Ven. XianKong trained under Master YongHua in the U.S. and now shares the teachings of the Weiyang Chan lineage here in Seoul. The session includes seated meditation, simple guidance, and time for Q&A.

What to Expect:

  • Calm, welcoming environment
  • Seated meditation in silence
  • Gentle guidance + time to ask questions
  • Diverse participants of all ages and backgrounds

Who Can Join:
Anyone! No prior meditation experience is needed. Beginners and international participants are welcome.

What to Bring:
