Introduction to Adaptive: Planning & Reporting
Course Description: This course is designed to introduce new users to Workday Adaptive Planning. Administrators and end-users will benefit from an in depth review of Workday Adaptive Planning basics including:
- Navigation throughout the application
- Foundational structure design elements (Levels, Accounts, Versions, Dimensions, and Attributes)
- Budget entry in a student-created Operating Expense sheet
- Standard, Modeled and Cube sheet demonstration
- Basic Report creation using the Matrix report writing tool from within Workday Adaptive Planning
- Review of Users/Roles/Security
- Navigation through sheets/models display options and input capabilities
- Introduction of the import functionality from within Workday Adaptive Planning
Ticket Options: Each a la carte, online course comes in two flavors:
- An interactive course is five hours long and costs $399. Students will be given a login ID and password to our instance and you will be an active participant in the hands-on exercises and model build components. Standard training courses will take place using Revelwood’s custom-built Training instance.
- A view-only course is five hours long and costs $249. Anyone can attend these courses. This is for individuals who wish to audit the course only. You will not be provided with a login ID but you will have a chance to watch, learn, and ask questions.

Cancellations: Revelwood reserves the right to cancel any course with advance notice. Your ticket can be used on a future offering of the same course, as long as it is not at capacity. Revelwood reserves the right to validate all participant registrations prior to attending a class. Failure to respond to a validation attempt will result in registration cancellation. A service fee of $18.75 will be applied.
