Plateau Land & Wildlife Management has been bringing beauty and value to Texas landowners for over 20 years. Voted into law by the Texas Legislature in 1995, wildlife management became an option for Texas agricultural landowners to maintain their same lower property valuation by managing the native habitat and wildlife on their property and therefore reducing or replacing the traditional livestock, crops, timber or other open-space management requirements. Plateau Land & Wildlife Management was created to help landowners across Texas make this successful transition to wildlife management. Today, our team of certified wildlife biologists, registered property tax consultants, and professional field technicians help landowners prepare wildlife management plans, annual reports and a wealth of ongoing wildlife services that insure compliance with their individual appraisal district and the overall improvement of their land and habitat.
