You'll get personal instruction on 3 of the most popular strength training exercises, and you'll also learn the 4 most important factors you need to understand that drive muscle growth and adaptation.
This class is perfect for people who are inexperienced or new to weight training, to get their training off the ground in a professionally guided environment. The class has a maximum of 3 students to maximize instruction quality.
Wear athletic clothing and come prepared to do some light to moderate lifting!
