COBRA (Complete Online Business Reference Advisor) contains all the information you need to turn your idea into a business, as well as access current business information to help your business grow or access opportunities.

In addition, it provides more than 4,000 factsheets, market reports, contacts, and sources of funding and support, plus hundreds of practical guides to starting up more than 350 types of business.

In this Microsoft Teams webinar, we will explain and demonstrate how to use COBRA, as well as provide an overview to other useful online resources to access business data. The key sections of the database include:

  • Industry Snapshots
  • Businesses Information Factsheets
  • Sector Updates
  • Sources of Business Information

There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and learn some short cuts with finding and processing information.

Accessing COBRA

In order to access COBRA, you will need to have a Bromley libraries card which you can apply for online, and be issued with a digital library number. This library card number will enable you to access COBRA. To apply for a library card please click here.

In addition, she is supporting businesses on the West Kent Business Support Programme between now and March 2026, through overseeing programme delivery.

Passionate about supporting local businesses, she has extensive experience in designing, delivering and securing funding for business support programmes and services, in addition to supporting businesses through 121 consultations, delivering workshops/webinars and connecting them to experienced business experts in a range of fields, through her extensive network of contacts.
