Introduction to the Lathe

This class is an introductory class to the woodturning lathe. This class will go over the lathe, operations, how to use it, what to use when doing what project, safety, and the anatomy of the tool itself. You will leave knowing how to operate it safely, and be completely ready to take a more in depth class, or buy your own and start turning at home! There is no product made in this class, as it is informational. There will be minimal operation by each student to showcase the Rockler carbide turning tools.
