Gaden KhachoeShing Buddhist Monastery is offering introductory course on Buddhist philosophy and meditation. The course will cover a wide array of subjects such as compassion and loving kindness, interdependence, karma, understanding sufferings, rebirth, the three poisons, meditation, and the nature of mind. The teachings are offer in simple language and very assessable drawing the inspiration from our every day life. It will also focus on how to incorporate Buddhist teachings into our everyday lives to achieve lasting peace, happiness, and meaningful life.

No previous knowledge of Buddhism is required. All are welcome. This course is offer Free; donations are welcome
