Have you ever wanted to try making sourdough bread, but it seemed too far-fetched? Let me help you! This sourdough class dives deep into how to create, make, and bake some delicious bread. We will explore potato flake sourdough together. Included in the class will be note-taking supplies, materials to create your own starter to take home, shaping your own mini loaf to bake, and a fresh loaf of bread to enjoy with your classmates. The cost is $40 and includes all materials.
I want to thank City walk Brewing and Distilling as well as Cranford Hospitality for allowing me this opportunity to teach others about sourdough. I do ask that you support them by buying a drink or ordering something yummy to eat. My suggestion would be to come early so you can grab your drink or treat before we start.
