Introduction to Screenwriting

This 4-week course is perfect for newbie screenwriters! On November Tuesdays, l'll teach you all the essential tools and lingo you need to write a kick-ass short film. Together, we'll turn your awesome idea into a first draft screenplay. Don't sweat it, we'll start with the basics of visual storytelling. We'll dive into breaking down story structure, theme, character, and conflict. Plus, our in-class discussions are a no-pressure zone where you'll get supportive feedback. We'll encourage you to convey your story through visuals instead of just relying on dialogue. And don't worry about finding time for this course - classes only meet once a week on laid-back Tuesday afternoons, 11am-2pm (with a 20-minute break, of course).
