Looking to get started with or continue learning React.js?

In this workshop we’ll go over how to get up and running with React. We’ll focus on React fundamentals like JSX, Component Architecture, Props, State, Events and the Component Life Cycle.

You’ll learn how to refactor applications to use React and how to think about structuring larger React applications. We’ll also be covering some newer features to JavaScript with ES2015 class syntax, destructuring and arrow functions.

Doors open @ 6:15pm. Lecture will start around 6:30pm. Come early, get signed in, grab a good seat and shmooze for a bit. Front doors will be locked after 7pm so entry cannot be gauranteed after that time.
Bring your laptop! The workshop will be a combination of lecturing and programming.
