Do I need any prior experience with qigong?

No, this is an introductory class so all are welcome.

If I already have experience with qigong, should I attend?

It depends. Review the agenda items and if there are things you do not recognize then you should learn something new that can augment your existing practice

Are there any age requirements?

This class is for adults 18 and over only.

How should I dress to attend?

Wear comfortable clothing. Workout attire is good or any loose fitting or flexible clothing that does not constrict movement.

Will there be any follow on classes?

This is part one of a two-part introduction to qigong. Part two will be scheduled in the near future.
