About this event

Get ready to fall in love with punch needle! This unique North American art form, which originated from 19th-century rug hooking, involves using a special tool to punch loops of yarn into woven cloth. Fiber artist Tyler Sanville brings a modern twist to this traditional craft, making it an enjoyable and therapeutic hobby that is perfect for beginners. In the workshop, participants will receive a stretched frame with 100% cotton monk's cloth, a Lavor adjustable punch needle made from recycled plastic and metal, yarn, and a how-to guide to take home. Join Tyler in creating a one-of-a-kind fiber art piece you can proudly display on your wall!
