Participants will gain a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Key topics covered include defining projects, project management tools and techniques; work breakdown structures; scheduling; risk management; change management; performance measurement; issue management; reporting; and project closure. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage projects of varying complexity effectively.

The course follows the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge, however, this is not a certification preparation course.
