Overview: Project management may look easy on the surface to some, but it involves a combination of a number of different skills. In this hands-on course, we learn how to start and end a project, determining project success, measuring impact, restructuring and modifying a project due to available resources, and project tools and documentation. (NOTE: This is not the same as product management). This class is intended for government employees new to project management and who are currently working on a project.

Audience: Any project or program manager in the federal government.
