Introduction to Performance Evaluation (On Demand)

The Office of Talent Development and Performance Management is pleased to announce the start of the City of Detroit’s performance evaluation process. Performance Evaluation is an essential component of the performance management process. Completing this training will allow you the ability to learn about best practices for Managers and Employees to complete a performance review.

Follow the steps to complete the Introduction to Performance Evaluation online training:

• Select the Register button on this screen.

• Register for the course.

• Return to this screen and select the following link: https://elearning.easygenerator.com/4344e3df-72c3-4ec8-91de-a984809c9007/ to access the online training.

• On the Welcome screen, select Sign Up.

• On the Create Account screen in the Name field, type your name.

• In the Email field, type your city email address.

• In the Password field, (create and) type a password.

• Select the Sign-Up button.

• Complete the course.

• If you need to log out, select the icon in the top right corner. Select Log Out.

If you need to log in again, select Log In at the top of the Welcome screen.

• In the Email field, type your city email address.

• In the Password field, type your password.

• Select the Login button.
