Nuno felting is the process of making a new textile by combining a loose weave fabric with a natural fiber such as farm sourced mohair from goats or merino wool from sheep. Visitors will learn how to create textures in layers and create imagery in surface design in this no sew process.

Workshop by studio 16 resident artist Bonnie MacAllister, M.Ed. who has studied textiles while on Fulbright-Hays to Ethiopia and on residence in Iceland and Lyon, France.
