Maybe you've heard about mindfulness or read an article somewhere about meditation and you've been wondering not only what they are, but also why people are so into them. And if they're so great that they help reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, increase fertility, and normalize blood sugar how can you incorporate them into your day-to-day.
That is what this two hour class is about. In the workshop you'll learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation and by the end of our time together you'll know how to incorporate both into your life.
We will be practicing meditation in class as well as doing other mindfulness exercises.
