How do I join the virtual workshop?

A Zoom link will be sent out 2 hours before the event start time to the email provided in your ticket. Please ensure that your email is updated and correct prior to the event start time.

Can a support person attend with me?

We ask that only parents/legal guardians attend this specific workshop. It is recommended however that you share any information received with your support circle, i.e. grandparents, siblings, or anyone assisting in caring for your child. If you have any questions, please contact our offices

What information do I need to provide to attend this workshop?

Name, email, & phone number are required in order to contact you. Additional info is required to attend workshop. Additional questions must be filled out prior to attending. This will assist in understanding your eligibility & getting you set up in our material assistance program.

What type of materials are available for registered attendees?

Latched Support provides 1 free pack of diapers, information packets, sanitary packs, & 1 parenting related item (as available). Each education topic covered in this social has a goodie-bag with essentials from that topic.

What if I have an older child or not currently expecting?

Education is available for all parents, however our material assistance is only available for parents/legal guardians of children under 36 mos. If you have any questions, please contact our offices. We have a separate Parenting workshop for those not currently expecting.

What if I am running late?

Accepted Answer

Admittance to any educational event, social, or workshop closes 15 minutes after scheduled start time. This is to ensure that everyone receives the full education & materials. If you are running late or need to cancel, please contact our offices ASAP to make other arrangements.

Question 7

How do I get my free materials?

Accepted Answer

Your educator will take time after your session to hand out all materials. We do not offer delivery, all attendees must pick up their supplies from a Latched Support office. If you have questions, please let our team know.
