Intro to Kung Fu – A Beginner’s Class at Fox’s Den

Ever wanted to learn Kung Fu—but didn’t know where to start?

This class is your gateway to a world of movement, strength, and real-world skill. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, build confidence, learn self-defense, or just try something new in a welcoming community—you’ll find your place here.

This class is built for total beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or fearless—just show up, and we’ll guide you from there.

Sifu Fox began training in Shaolin Kung Fu with the Chinese Shaolin Center, Norcross at age sixteen. He has since obtained his 3rd degree black belt in Kung Fu and 3rd degree black sash in Tai Chi, and became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2015. He has over 15 years of experience training and teaching martial arts and fitness and sincerely hopes to share his inspiration, passion, and skill in order to help his students reach their full potential both in the gym and in life.
