Full Course Information

Course Description:

This foundational IFS course is designed to help clinicians understand the internal system of parts and the healing presence of Self Energy. Participants will learn how to identify and differentiate between types of parts—protectors, managers, firefighters, and exiles—while cultivating curiosity and compassion toward each. Through guided discussion and examples, they’ll learn how differentiation itself is a pathway to healing. The course will introduce the 6F’s as a structured way to engage with parts and offer an overview of the steps toward unburdening and integration. Ultimately, the goal is to help clinicians experience and model Self-led connection as the foundation for transformation.
