Description

Overview: Enable teams to start with the users for whom they are designing and incorporate them into every phase of the design process from inspiration to ideation and implementation. This introductory class is a hands-on, practical, interactive workshop. It covers a number of different topics from the definition of human-centered design (HCD) to the three phases of HCD: inspiration, ideation, and implementation.

Audience: Any federal government worker since all work or work improvement can be framed in an HCD perspective.
