💔 Feeling stuck in grief?
Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. This supportive workshop offers two proven pathways to healing:
✨ Grief Yoga – A gentle practice of movement, breath, and sound that helps release pain and reconnect with love and empowerment.
✨ The Grief Recovery Method – An evidence-based program that challenges myths, uncovers what keeps us stuck (STERBs), and provides the steps needed for lasting recovery.
🧘 What You’ll Experience:
- A 60-minute Grief Yoga practice introducing the Cycle of Compassionate Transformation
- Insights into the myths of grief and the behaviors that keep us from healing
- An introduction to the Grief Recovery Method’s steps for true recovery
- Connection with others who understand what you’re going through

This workshop is open to anyone grieving one or more of 43 losses we humans experience, and who are seeking safe, healthy ways to heal.
