And this isn’t just a theory session - it’s EXPERIENTIAL.

There will be:

• A live therapy demonstration (real, not role-play!)

• Opportunities to practice under live supervision

• Time to connect, reflect, and grow in community

Who can attend: Mental health professionals, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Life Coaches, Early Career Clinicians, and Psychology Students*.

  1. Describe the foundational principles of Gestalt therapy, including organismic self-regulation, field theory, phenomenology, dialogue, and the paradoxical theory of change.
  2. Identify common interruptions to self-regulation and understand their impact on personal and therapeutic processes.
  3. Use a phenomenological approach to stay present with a client’s moment-to-moment experience, suspending interpretation and judgment.
  4. Demonstrate the use of authentic dialogue in therapeutic or interpersonal encounters, with awareness of self and other.
  5. Explain the paradoxical theory of change and how it informs an awareness-based approach to personal growth and healing.
  6. Observe a live therapy session, identifying how Gestalt concepts are embodied and enacted in real-time clinical work.
  7. Practice Gestalt techniques and interventions under live supervision, receiving direct feedback on how to apply the theory in real time
  8. Engage meaningfully in community-based learning, fostering connection, support, and mutual growth with fellow participants.
