Introduction to Creative Journaling

Join us on November 22nd for Intro to Creative Journaling, a relaxing, hands-on workshop designed for everyone, no art experience needed!

You’ll explore creative reflection prompts to help process daily emotions, thoughts, and intentions, and learn scrap-style decorating techniques using washi tape, collage, color, and pattern to make your journal uniquely yours. Discover themed page ideas for gratitude, mood, inspiration, and monthly highlights, and pick up tips for building a journaling ritual that feels grounding and restorative. All materials are provided, including stickers, scissors, rulers, glue dots, and decorative tape! Just bring yourself and enjoy the process!
