INTRODUCTION TO CONSTRUCTION - FREE TRAINING
This 10-week program will help you in developing skills and knowledge necessary for pursuing further training or looking for work in the construction industry.
The program includes: Work, health and safety basics, Plan employment pathways, Communication in the workplace, Hands on tool skills, Exploring the construction industry and White Card.
Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card) (CPCWHS1001) CITC RTO Code (0647) Participants will receive a statement of attainment on completion of program.
Start date: October 16, 2025
Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

Program run over two sites Pooraka Farm Community Centre & Scott St Memorial Hall.
Child Minding (creche) is available for caregivers attending program.
Must be aged 17 to 65 to join
