Introduction to Cheesemaking
Overview
This class is an introduction to the basics of cheesemaking, your first step to becoming a home cheesemaker! At the end of the class you will have a great idea of what it takes to get started on your cheesemaking journey. I will also teach you how to make ricotta cheese!
Following the formal portion of the class there will be multiple cheeses for you to taste - all will have classes on the Winter/Spring schedule. If you like, you will be able to sign up for any of those classes following this one.
Class is limited to 30 and should not last any longer than 2 hours. If this class fills up a 2nd class on 1/10/26 will be offered at 1pm.
