Introduction to Candle Making

This relaxed, fun, hands on workshop is designed for those who just want to make their very own soy wax candles but are not necessarily interested in learning about different types of waxes or wicks. This is all about smelling fragrance oils and creating your very own custom fragranced candles to take home.

What's Included:

• 60 to 90 minutes of fun smelling fragrance oils and creating your ever own fragrance blends to go into your candles

• All the materials needed to make your candles

- 100% soy wax, cotton wick, Australian premium fragrance oil

• You will get to make

- x1 large glass vessel soy wax candle (burn time 50hrs)

- x1 medium tin soy wax candle (burn time 17hrs)

What you need to bring:

• A sense of curiosity and creativity

• Comfortable clothes and shoes

Age Suitability:

• This class is suitable for ages 10 and older

• Children aged 10 – 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult (at no extra charge)

Important things to note:

• Your large soy wax candle takes approximately 2-3 hours to set enough to be taken. You are welcome to collect from the venue the next day, if you are local, we can deliver, or we can post your candles to you for $10 to anywhere in Australia.

• You will have 60+ fragrances to choose from, and you can mix and match up to 3 different scents for each candle you make.

• If you would like to create an additional large candle this can be purchased as an extra for $30.

• If you need to cancel for any reason a 50% refund is available with 7 days notice. Within 7 days until the event, there is no refund for cancellation.

• Workshop requires a minimum of x6 attendee for the class to run. If there is less than x6, you will be notified for a refund, credit or change of date or time.
