For more than 40 years, the Columbus Karma Thegsum Choling has been teaching meditation to the public for free at its meditation center in Central Ohio. Now we are offering our Dharma Paths series of introductory Buddhsim courses online.

There are nine classes in the series, but you can start anywhere in the series and take the classes in any order. Each class is taught by one of our trained meditation instructors.

This week's class, titled "Starting a Daily Practice", covers the following topics:

-Renouncing negatives and building positives.

-The Four Thoughts The Turn the Mind in detail and how to use them to renounce negatives.

-Tranquility meditation as a way of building positives.

There will also be time for questions and discussion.

May all beings benefit!
