Event description

Description

Brief description:

ArcGIS Pro is the future of ArcGIS software and will replace ArcGIS 10.x Desktop within the next few years. Pro is "the premier professional desktop GIS application from Esri. With ArcGIS Pro, you can visualize, edit, and analyze your geographic data in both 2D and 3D. After you create projects, maps, layers, tools, and more, ArcGIS Pro has several options for sharing your work with others." (Esri) Instructor Ana Rivera will get you up to speed fast.

This class meets twice (6:00 - 9:00 p.m.): on May 8 and 15.

Important Notes:

  • The workshop venue may change based on classroom availability. Registered students will be given advance notice if this is the case.

  • If the workshop is held, as planned, at CCSF's Mission campus, computers will be provided for workshop exercises. Alternately, students are welcome to bring their own laptops.

  • If the workshop must be moved to another venue, students will be required to bring their own wi-fi enabled laptops to class, either a PC or a Mac.
