Overview: This is a one-day class for up to three teams (thirty people) on the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum team methodologies and practices. This course enable teams to execute sprints by providing a working, practical knowledge of Scrum. This practical course covers the origins of Agile and Scrum, product backlogs, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies, sprint and release planning, Scrum artifacts, team dynamics, and pitfalls to avoid.
Audience: Federal government employees. Complete project teams, works teams; Scrum teams of Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Delivery Team
