While the foundations, ethos and impact that Springboard is known for remain firmly in place, the programme has been thoughtfully updated to reflect the realities, challenges and opportunities facing women in today’s workplace. This event is ideal for decision-makers, line managers, team leaders, inclusion specialists and anyone considering Springboard for their own growth.

In this discovery session, you’ll get an inside look at the enhanced content, including new topics shaped directly by participant and client feedback, current research and industry insights. Themes such as navigating hybrid working, building authentic confidence, managing inner critics, strengthening resilience, and developing supportive networks have been refreshed and expanded to meet modern needs.

We’ll also introduce the newly redesigned Reflective Journal, updated in collaboration with subject specialists and sensitivity readers to ensure the activities, language and examples are inclusive, relevant and empowering for all participants. You’ll hear how updated exercises and reflection prompts deepen engagement and help translate learning into long-term personal and professional change.
