Event description

This is an online webinar!

Many UX teams want to be leaner, but struggle to do so. The goals of lean UX are to develop products that our customers actually want, make better decisions while minimizing waste, and get teams to work more effectively. Lean UX offers solutions, but they are often ineffective and don't get manager support. The goal behind "Lean-er" UX is to achieve these goals using more traditional tools, techniques, and team roles.

This talk will cover the following:

  • A summary of traditional Lean UX (as defined by Jeff Gothelf), it's goals and techniques and why they are often impractical.
  • A definition of "Lean-er" UX, and how it differs from traditional Lean
  • Developing products customers want
  • Making better decisions while minimizing waste
  • Getting UX teams to work more effectively

Any remaining time is reserved for questions and group discussion about your own experience with lean UX.
