- Sneak Peak: Get a glimpse of the state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge labs at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where your engineering dreams can become a reality.
- Networking: Connect with like-minded students and professionals who are passionate about engineering. This event is your opportunity to build a support network for your future endeavors.

Opening Remarks/Keynote Speaker
Cathleen Gotsch is a Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in electrical hardware design and leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree from SIUE in 2001 and her master’s in 2002. Cathleen specializes in developing Small SWAP-C computing solutions for Boeing’s military and commercial platforms and is recognized for her strong communication skills and servant-leadership approach.
