Discover how The Wall transforms strength, alignment, and mobility while providing gentle traction and decompression for spine + joints.


Learn foundational techniques, safe loading to strengthen the core, and how to use props like blocks, straps, pelvic girdles and hand loops to deepen your practice with confidence.


To keep the experience personal and safe, we’ll rotate time on the wall. While observing or waiting, enjoy guided fascia release with OM therapy balls.

(optional Nordic Wave cold plunge too!)
