Learn foundational techniques, safe loading to strengthen the core, and how to use props like blocks, straps, pelvic girdles and hand loops to deepen your practice with confidence.
To keep the experience personal and safe, we’ll rotate time on the wall. While observing or waiting, enjoy guided fascia release with OM therapy balls.
(optional Nordic Wave cold plunge too!)
