This is not a martial arts class, nor is it designed to be a workout.

Our instructors will show you simple, effective moves that are very easy to learn, and can be applied quickly and efficiently in high-stress situations where your life is in danger. Regardless of your age, fitness level, or physical limitations, you will walk away feeling more confident and more empowered in your ability to protect yourself from real-world violence.

An Offensive Approach to Self-Defense

This training emphasizes a proactive and offensive approach to self-protection. Unlike traditional self-defense, which often focuses on defensive maneuvers or techniques to block or avoid attacks, “Unarmed Self-Protection” teaches you to strike first, target critical areas of the body, and disable your attacker quickly.

This seminar is designed to teach you the core principles and methods to prepare you to successfully deal with criminal violence. The techniques in this class are easy to learn, simple to perform, and taught in a safe and methodical manner. This training is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. No previous martial arts or self defense experience is required.

With decades of experience in military, law enforcement, and civilian self-defense instruction, I specialize in practical, reality-based self-defense techniques designed to protect individuals in high-stakes situations. My background includes:

• U.S. Army Ranger Battalion & Scout Unit Member
• Over 20 years in law enforcement, corrections, and security
• Certified Krav Maga Expert-Level Instructor
• Graduate of elite close-combat training programs
• Experienced in training military, law enforcement, and civilians in unarmed combat and defensive tactics

My approach is not sports-based martial arts. This training I provide is designed to prepare you for violent encounters, with methods that work regardless of size, strength, or gender.
