Participants will be introduced to The Restorative Justice Approach, learn about the fundamental questions of a restorative framework and begin to unpack the importance of a restorative mindset. We will also introduce the practices that make an organization restorative; We will examine the different responses we all have to conflict and consider what makes a restorative response. The session will also look at the link between trauma, behavior and the impact of varied responses to that behavior.
