Welcome to Intro to The Circle Experience!

Prerequisite: Introduction to the Restorative Justice Approach; Restorative Justice Practices 101;
Rooted in ancient practices and perspectives, Circles provides a forum to share and deeply connect. Circles have no top or bottom, this shape reminds us that all participants’ perspectives are equal and all voices need to be heard. It allows participants to check in and connect with each other and strengthen a sense of community, and can provide a valuable opportunity for reflection and togetherness especially at pivotal points throughout the year. This is the ideal first step for schools or organizations that are looking to begin Circle practice.
