Is this beginner friendly?

YES! This workshop is specifically designed for those brand new to strength training or returning after some time. We will focus on bodyweight or very light-weight movements to master form and the pace will be slow to allow questions and practice.

What do I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. This will not be a full blown workout, but we may practice some exercises.

Do I need any experience?

No! This workshop will cover the basics to help you build your confidence.
