Intro to Sourdough

New to sourdough or feeling a little lost with your starter?

This hands-on class is designed to make sourdough feel simple and doable. We’ll cover the basics, from how to care for your starter to how to mix, fold, and shape your own loaf with confidence.

You won’t be baking in class, but you will leave with a ready-to-bake loaf, your own active starter, and a printed guide you can reference at home.

We’ll keep it fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly because this is about learning a beautiful skill WITHOUT the overwhelm.

Please bring a medium-to-large mixing bowl and an apron. Everything else is provided!
