Tecca Thompson has helped hundreds of women reconnect with the power of presence. As a trauma-informed space holder and founder of Sacred Healing Spaces, she guides storytellers, community leaders, and healers back into their bodies—so they can speak with clarity, confidence, and care.

You Don't Need to Be Fearless. You Just Need to Be Willing.

No. This is not a performance workshop. You'll be guided through reflections and small group prompts to help you explore your voice. Sharing is always invitational, never forced.

I'm new to this. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Whether you're just beginning or have spoken before, this space meets you where you are. Many attendees come with a desire to speak more freely—but aren't sure how. That's exactly what we're here to practice.

Will I leave with a finished story?

This is an introduction. We'll be exploring your story—not completing it. You'll leave with more clarity, more connection to your message, and tools to keep working with it afterward.

What if I'm nervous the whole time?

That's okay. Nervousness is welcome here. You'll be given grounding practices, breathwork, and somatic support throughout the workshop. You are allowed to be in process.

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook or journal, a pen, and your whole self. Comfortable clothes are recommended—we'll do some light movement and body-based exercises.
