Join Amanda Archibald at Steadfast Supply for an afternoon of product styling, photography knowledge, camera tips and good vibes. This class will be taught with styling products in mind.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: Learn to style products for branding, website and social media use. Topics for the class include: camera basics (DSLR and camera phones), flat lay and composition tips, lighting tricks for beautiful content. Bring your own products and props to style and shoot at the workshop, and you'll walk away with fresh new content of your own!
This will be a hands-on workshop, and participants will leave with a minimum of 3-5 quality images that they compose and capture during the class.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own camera. An extra battery, memory card, and your camera’s instruction manual are also very helpful to have on hand at this class.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Amanda Archibald is a food and lifestyle photographer and educator working in DC. She hosts a variety of photography workshops at the Petworth Library and FOSTR Collaborative. Amanda is a member of The Rooftop Collective, a group of seven photographers who share a love of food and more importantly photography.
