Course Description: This class clearly defines Probate and identifies the “ins and outs” of creating a Probate Niche business. You get helpful insights on the day- to- day activities and actions required to best serve your clients. In this class, we provide alternative ways to enhance and expand your current business. We demonstrate why Probate is one of the top lucrative future-proof niches to consider.

As a result of taking this class, you will be able to:

· Organize a strategic action plan to create A Probate Niche Business.
· Explain Probate.
· Recite and define the different types of PR’s. (Personal Representative)
· Help the seller identify need and best options to liquidate the real estate portion of the estate.

CE Class Notice to Students
Policies & Procedures
It’s Up To You! Academy (School Code #8072) has Commission approval to run this school and to teach all classes/courses/certifications currently being offered.
ATTENDANCE
In order to receive 3 CE credit hours for this course, you must complete all 3 hours. You must be on time to class and stay the entire time. If you are more than 5 minutes late or leave before class is finished, you will not receive credit for the class. Please allow 24-48 hours for your credit hours to be reflected in your GREC portal. No makeup for CE classes.
BREAK
There will be a 15-minute break at some point during the CE class. (Instructor will determine the best time for break.) All students are expected to promptly return to their seat after break ready to resume class.
VIRTUAL CLASS
If you are in a virtual class, your Camera Must Be ON At All Time During Class and the Instructor Must Be Able to See and Hear You At All Time.
Cell Phones: No Talking On Cell Phones During Class. If you need to take a quick call, please step out of class if in person or mute yourself if virtual and keep it brief. If you are on the call for an extended period of unexcused time, the instructor reserves the right to issue or not issue CE credit for the class. `
BEHAVIOR
It’s Up To You! Academy expects students to follow the Golden Rule and treat one another, staff and instructors with respect, kindness, and consideration AT ALL TIMES and IN ALL PLACES. Students exhibiting behavior unbecoming of a REALTOR will be dismissed and forfeit any refund or credit hours.
WELLNESS
Students attending in-person classes, are encouraged to take every precaution to stop the spread of any sickness. IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO AN IN-PERSON CLASS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If inclement weather is expected, updated instructions will be provided to you via email. As a general rule, if the Gwinnett County School System is closed, then It’s Up To You! Academy In-person classes will not be held. Virtual classes will proceed as planned, unless otherwise instructed.
RECRUITMENT POLICY
It’s Up To You! Academy does not allow anyone to recruit students to become a new affiliate for any brokerage firm on the school premises, during a class or one hour immediately before or one hour after a class meets. It’s Up To You! Academy student or instructor will promptly report any violation of this rule to the school director/coordinator or the GREC.
REFUNDS
Refunds will depend on the type of class offered. All refund instructions will be clearly written during the class registration process.
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, with the exception of cash or other means agreed upon by IUTYA or third party sponsor and student. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for credit or debit transactions.

Yes. You will receive 3 hours of CE credit if you are on time and remain until the end of class. I suggest you arriving at least 15 minutes early to avoid running late. Class starts promply at 10AM.
